Meet Lydia & André Vorster
Andre and Lydia Vorster are a husband-and-wife real estate team with more than two decades of experience in Cape Town’s northern suburbs. Since joining eXp Realty, they’ve achieved multiple awards, built one of the largest revenue share teams in eXp South Africa, and mentored agents across the country – helping them unlock more income, more freedom, and more joy in their work.
Lydia was eXp South Africa’s first Capping Agent and Agent of the Year, and a consistent top producer. Andre combines a strong digital presence with a passion for systems, automation, and tech training. Together, they now help experienced agents transition from traditional real estate to the scalable, cloud-based model of the future.
Their mission is simple: to help great agents build great lives in real estate.
Meet Shené Vorster
At just 22, Shené Vorster became the youngest capping agent at eXp Realty South Africa. One year later, she achieved ICON Agent status – eXp’s highest award for production and performance – making her the youngest ICON Agent in the country.
What makes this achievement truly inspiring is her journey. Shené started with no database, no past clients, and no prior experience – just determination, creativity, and the courage to “do it afraid.” She focused on buyers, built real relationships, and collaborated with agents across the country.
By fully embracing the eXp model – its global reach, collaborative culture, powerful technology, and world-class training – her growth accelerated rapidly, allowing her to work smarter and deliver exceptional client experiences.
